【報告題目】Theory for super-resolution optical and electric techniques

【報告摘要】Take the advantage of piezoelectric controlled scanners, the amazingly spatial resolution for molecular response under tips has been achieved, which provides a perfect investigating framework for single-molecule. In this context, the optical and electric perturbations accompanied the tips are facilitating external stimuli-source for molecular probing, resulting in the high-resolution Raman and scanning tunneling microscope (STM) images, respectively. This talk will focus on the recent development of the entirely new theoretical framework for Raman images as well as the comprehensive simulations of the high-resolution STM images at the first-principles level. The practical applications for the new theory of Raman images on the different molecular responses will be discussed. In addition, the quantitative simulations of STM measurements, which provide new understandings of in-situ molecular geometrical and electronic structures, will also be given.

【報告人簡介】段賽,復旦大學化學系青年研究員。2011年和2012年分別畢業于廈門大學和瑞典皇家理工學院,取得雙博士學位。自主開發了可研究各類局域場光譜技術的FASTERS軟件包以及能考慮所有實驗參數的掃描隧道顯微鏡從頭算模擬程序。中國化學會理論化學青年委員會首屆委員,獲得第九屆中國化學會唐敖慶理論化學青年獎,入選國家海外層次人才計劃(青年項目)、上海市海外高層次人才計劃、上海市浦江人才計劃和復旦大學“卓越2025”(卓學層次)人才培育計劃等。
