Are there exceptions to free shipping?
Orders are not shipped free when the address is outside of the 48 states of mainland US,  order being shipped is under $100 or weight exceeds 20 lbs.  If you return an item for refund we will deduct the shipping and insurance costs from your refund.  However, we offer full exchange or store credit.

Do you ship abroad?
Often. We have shipped to Canada, France, Greece, Spain, England, Scotland, Ireland, Italy, Cyprus and Malaysia via insured U.S. mail or courier. Inquire whether we service your country. Indicate the item you need and the speed of deliver — about week's time or economy 4-5 weeks time. Typically we will charge you first for your goods, and then for the precise shipping cost when it is sent. If you have trouble entering your billing or shipping info into our shopping cart, just follow up with instructions in email. We will send you a request for money via Pay Pal.

Do you take personal checks or money orders?
If you wish to send a personal check, and will be able to wait for it to clear before your goods are sent, you may send us a personal check. Inquire here.

Is TablewareEtc.com a Secure Shopping Site?
Yes, you can feel confident that your transactions are secure on our site. Information submitted to TablewareEtc.com is encrypted to thwart interception by a 3rd party, via a Secure Socket Layer protocol. And we respect your privacy. We will never share customer information with anyone.

Do you have a storefront?
No. because of exceptional high rent we had to close our store after 18 years.   If you are local to the Matawan, NJ area you can arrange to pick up your order at our office.  732 970 6357.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Usually that depends on where the shipment is being sent. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. Typically, UPS sent to an address in the continental U.S. will take from 4 to 8 business days to reach its destination.

What is your return policy?
We are sure you will be pleased with the quality items at TablewareEtc.com. We succeed in keeping our costs so low by operating efficiently. You can trust that our goods are exactly as advertised. Please be sure to note product details alongside the photo, especially size.

Orders are refundable within 30 days but need to be authorized. The only exception is in case of breakage. Your satisfaction is very important to us, so whenever possible exchanges for different items may be arranged. (Custom orders cannot be exchanged.) If such an exchange is authorized by TablewareEtc.com, the customer will not be reimbursed any shipping fees and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. If the order was shipped free the charge for shipping and insurance will be deducted from the refund. Orders may not be canceled after 48 hrs or returned after 30 days. Need more information?
